Unlike traditional pressure washing, soft washing uses specialized cleaning solutions and a gentle rinse process to clean surfaces without damaging siding, shingles, or trim. If your roof or fence looks dull from environmental buildup or green staining, soft washing restores a bright, well-maintained appearance — safely. WHAT'S INCLUDED Our soft washing service includes: • Full roof and/or fence soft wash • Removal of algae, mildew, pollen, and organic buildup • Gentle rinse The result is a cleaner, more protected roof without harsh pressure. SERVICE REQUIRMENTS To complete the service smoothly: • Access to an exterior water source • Outdoor furniture moved slightly away from the home • Pets secured during service You do not need to be home as long as access is available. COMMON QUESTIONS Do you scrape the moss or algae off as well? Yes. Scraping and cleaning is part of our process. How long do results last? Most roofs or fences stay clean for 6 months to 2 years, depending on tree coverage, moisture, and environmental conditions.


Cancellation Policy

Scheduling Policy: All services scheduled through our online booking system and are subject to availability shown on the calendar. We offer both individual services and service plans, and customers may only book services applicable to their selected option. Many services use starting prices with optional add-ons to account for size, condition, or scope; the total shown at checkout reflects the information provided at booking and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly, with any changes communicated before work begins Appointment times include a reasonable arrival window and may be affected by weather, traffic, or prior jobs. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, ensuring safe access to the service area, securing pets, and supplying water or power if required. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations or no-shows may result in 10% of the service cost fee, forfeited deposits, or loss of a plan visit. Weather- or safety-related delays may result in rescheduling without penalty. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, misrepresented scope, or inappropriate behavior.
